Asyrmedo.com is a spiritual teaching platform based in Romania. This website shares teachings on spiritual awakening. If visitors have any questions about privacy, they can reach out at contact@asyrmedo.com.

Newsletter sign-ups: When someone subscribes to receive teachings, Asyrmedo collects their name and email address. This allows the teachings to be delivered. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time.

Contact inquiries: When someone reaches out via email or contact form, Asyrmedo receives whatever information they share in their message. This is used solely to respond to their inquiry.

Ask Asyrmedo questions: When someone submits a question they consciously consent that the question and answer can be used anonymously as part of the public teachings.

Once published as part of the teachings, it becomes permanent. This only happens with explicit permission by clicking Submit.

When someone submits a question, they can choose to:​

• Submit via text/video/audio (which includes their voice and image if they choose)

​Member accounts: information used to create and manage your account (e.g., name, email address, login details, and any profile information you choose to add).

Community content (Groups/Blog): posts, comments, replies, reactions, and any content you choose to share in community areas.

Bookings: information needed to schedule and manage appointments/classes (e.g., contact details, booking details, and any intake information you submit if forms are used).

Pricing Plans subscriptions: plan purchased (e.g., Annual/Quarterly), subscription status, renewal/cancellation details, and related account entitlements.

Purchases and donations: order details, invoices/receipts, billing and shipping details (where applicable), and purchase history. When someone purchases a digital product, books a session, or offers a donation, Asyrmedo uses Stripe and PayPal to process payments. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. We retain transaction records (such as payment status and receipts/invoices) for accounting and legal purposes.

Private sessions: Anything shared during one-on-one guidance or custom sigil creation is received as a sacred trust. This information is used only for the purpose of the work together.

Public events:

• Online events: If you choose to appear on camera, speak, or share in the chat, your image, voice, and contributions will be included in the recording. Registration constitutes consent for your image, voice, and contributions to be captured in recordings that are shared with participants and may subsequently be offered for sale as digital products to the wider public.

• Recorded in-person retreats and gatherings:  If you choose to appear on camera and share questions publicly, your image, voice, and contributions will be included in the recording. Registration constitutes consent for your image, voice, and contributions to be captured in recordings that are shared with participants and may subsequently be offered for sale as digital products to the wider public.

• Informal in-person gatherings (e.g., nature walks): No recording takes place. Only basic contact information is collected for registration and communication.

3. Information Collected Automatically (cookies, analytics, and ads)

 

• Device and usage data: IP address, device type, browser, approximate location, pages viewed, actions taken on the site, referral/source information, and timestamps.

• Cookies and similar technologies: essential cookies required for site functionality, plus analytics and advertising cookies where enabled.

• Google Analytics: collects usage and interaction data to help us understand how visitors use the site.

• Google Ads: may collect cookie/device identifiers and conversion/attribution data to measure ad performance and support remarketing.

What is shared within the private container of one-on-one guidance is held in the strictest confidence. This is the foundation of trust in the work together.

Confidentiality will only be breached in rare circumstances:

• If Asyrmedo is legally compelled

Important:

Public Q&A: When someone gives explicit consent via the Ask Asyrmedo form, that specific question and answer becomes a permanent part of the published teachings. It cannot be undone, which is why thoughtful consent is requested beforehand.

Online events and recorded in-person gatherings: Registration constitutes informed consent for your image, voice, and contributions to be included in recordings and their distribution.

Informal in-person gatherings (e.g., nature walks): These gatherings are not recorded. Any personal disclosures made during the gathering are held in confidence, subject to the same confidentiality outlined in this section.

7. Does Asyrmedo Share Personal Information?

Asyrmedo does not and will never sell, trade, or rent personal information to anyone.

We share personal information only in limited circumstances, with trusted service providers who help us operate the website and deliver our services, and only to the extent necessary for those purposes. This may include:

• Wix (website platform): Our site is hosted on Wix, which provides core website functionality including forms, member accounts, groups/community features, bookings, store checkout, and site security. Wix processes data on our behalf to provide these services.

• Stripe and PayPal – to process payments securely (they have their own privacy policies)

• Email service provider – to deliver newsletters (bound by confidentiality)

• Google Analytics – for anonymous website statistics

• Advertising and conversion measurement (Google Ads): We use Google Ads to measure advertising performance and, where enabled, to support remarketing. Google Ads may use cookies or similar technologies to collect cookie/device identifiers and conversion/attribution data (for example, whether an ad led to a visit or purchase). Advertising cookies are set only if you consent via our cookie banner (where applicable) and can be managed through your cookie preferences and browser settings.

• Service delivery tools (e.g., video conferencing): If you register for online events or sessions, we may use third-party communication platforms to host them. These providers process the information needed to deliver the session/event (and recordings, where applicable as described in this policy).

• Legal and compliance: We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid request from authorities.

Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards and agreements with service providers to protect personal information.

8. Your Rights and Sovereignty Over Your Data under GDPR

Correct – Ask that inaccurate or incomplete information be updated.

Delete – Request removal of their personal information, except where:

• It has been published as public Q&A content

• It is part of a commercial event recording already distributed

• Information is needed to fulfill an ongoing contract or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

Withdraw consent – Unsubscribe from newsletters at any time using the link in every email.

Object – Challenge processing based on legitimate interests.

Data portability – Receive their information in a commonly used format.

For EU residents: There is also the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

9. How Long Information Is Kept

Newsletter subscriptions: Until someone unsubscribes or after two years of inactivity.

Transaction records: Seven years, as required by tax regulations.

Private session notes: Three years after the last interaction, then reverently deleted. If you request deletion of your personal data before this period ends, session notes will be deleted unless retention is required for legal reasons.

Published Q&A content: Permanently, as part of the body of teachings.

Public event recordings: Master recordings are kept permanently as part of the digital product library. Participant access expires 30 days after the event.

Private session recordings: Master recordings are kept permanently as part of the digital product library, unless anonymity was explicitly requested and agreed prior to the session. Participant access expires 30 days after the session.

In-person event recordings: Master recordings are kept permanently as part of the digital product library. Shared with all registered participants after the event.

Website analytics: 26 months (standard Google Analytics retention).

Informal in-person gatherings: Registration data is retained until the event has taken place, plus 30 days for follow-up communication, unless consent is given to remain on the mailing list.

10. International Visitors

Asyrmedo is based in Europe and follows European privacy laws (GDPR). When someone from outside Europe visits the site, their information is transferred to Europe and protected under GDPR standards.

For transfers of data to processors outside Europe (such as analytics or payment processors), Asyrmedo relies on legal safeguards approved by the European Commission, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to ensure your information continues to be protected.

Personal information is not knowingly collected from anyone under the age of 16. If it becomes apparent that data has been provided by someone under this age, it will be promptly deleted. Individuals who enter into a sacred service partnership with Asyrmedo as volunteers (Seva) are also bound by the terms of a separate Volunteer Confidentiality and Service Addendum, which extends the confidentiality and integrity principles of this policy to their specific role. Volunteers receive guidance on data protection and are asked to:

• Handle any information shared with them as a sacred trust
