Enrollment Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in Libera Community Circle or Embodied Presence Ongoing Guidance, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Nature of the Offerings

Libera Community Circle and Embodied Presence Ongoing Guidance are contemplative and educational offerings intended to support meditation, self-inquiry, presence, and the embodiment of truth in everyday life.

These offerings are not psychotherapy, counselling, medical treatment, legal advice, or any other licensed professional service.

All teachings, practices, and interactions are offered as spiritual companionship and education. You remain fully responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and actions.

Membership, Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment is recurring and renews automatically on a monthly, 6-month, or annual basis depending on the plan selected at registration.

You may cancel your enrollment at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

You will continue to have access to the offerings until that time.

Once a payment has been processed, no refunds are issued for that billing period. All payments are non-refundable.

It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain valid and up to date.

Access & Participation

Access to live sessions, recordings, community spaces, and resources is granted only while your enrollment remains active.

It is your responsibility to check and note all scheduled meeting times. These are made available through the member portal or official communication channels.

Meeting times, formats, and schedules may occasionally be updated. Members will be informed in advance whenever reasonably possible.

​Meetings & Recordings

Live sessions, including group meditations, teachings, Q&A gatherings, and one-to-one meetings (where applicable), will be recorded.

By participating, you acknowledge and consent that your image, voice, and any contributions may appear in recordings accessible to other enrolled participants.

Recordings are made available exclusively to active participants for personal use only.

Recordings, materials, and resources may not be copied, downloaded for redistribution, shared, reproduced, or sold.

Access to recordings remains available only while your enrollment is active unless otherwise specified.

Libera Community Circle

Libera Community Circle offers a foundation for practice through:

• Weekly live meditation gatherings

• Access to selected recordings and teachings

• Community space for shared inquiry and reflection

All materials are intended to support a steady rhythm of presence, practice, and connection.

Embodied Presence Ongoing Guidance

Embodied Presence Ongoing Guidance is a dedicated container for those who feel a sincere commitment to truth, integrity, and the ongoing embodiment of presence in daily life.

This offering includes:

• All relevant benefits of the Libera Community Circle

• Additional live gatherings and teaching tools (Silent Awakening Sigils)

• Ongoing guidance and direct support

• Quarterly one-to-one sessions with Asyrmedo

• Ask Asyrmedo Priority

One-to-one sessions with Asyrmedo must be scheduled within the quarter in which they are allocated. They do not roll over unless explicitly stated. To book, please use the booking calendar by signing in to you member account or contact Asyrmedo using the contact details provided in the Members Portal.

Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered forfeited.

​Community Guidelines

Libera community is grounded in sincerity, respect, and integrity from those who are mature enough to face their own conditioning with presence and compassion.

You agree to engage with others in a spirit of openness, honesty, and care.

Confidentiality is essential. You agree not to share personal contributions, experiences, or dialogue from other participants outside the community without explicit consent.

Asyrmedo reserves the right to remove participants from the community or any offering without refund if their behaviour is consistently disruptive, harmful, disrespectful, or not aligned with the integrity of the space. Where appropriate, notice will be given.

Library & Recordings Access

During active enrollment, you will have access to a private library of recordings from live events, including meditations, gatherings, and teachings which are part of the offering of your choosing. For other events attended outside of the offering, please review the Terms & Conditions associated with that event.

This access is for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.

When enrollment ends, access to ongoing libraries and future recordings ceases. Recordings from sessions attended during active enrollment may remain accessible for streaming for a limited period of time, unless otherwise stated.

Possible Changes to the Offering

The offering grows and adapts naturally as the community deepens and as Asyrmedo's own pointing expands. While the core benefits remain, meeting times, specific formats, pricing or extra features may shift occasionally. When such changes occur, members will be informed clearly and in advance through the usual channels such as newsletters or posts in the community. The intention is always to serve the living inquiry, not to follow a fixed schedule.

Personal Responsibility

Everything offered within these programs is intended to support spiritual inquiry and embodied awareness.

You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

If you are experiencing serious psychological or medical conditions, you are encouraged to seek support from appropriate licensed professionals.

By joining the offering and Libera Community, you acknowledge that you participate freely, without holding the community or its facilitators accountable for any personal outcomes.
