How long are the One-to-One Quarterly sessions?
One-to-One sessions with Asyrmedo are up to 90 minutes long and open with a guided meditation, followed by your deepest inquiries. There is no agenda or plan. Simply come as you are and allow Presence to speak in alignment with the moment. All sessions are scheduled on an EEST time zone. How long are the Live Community Gatherings?
There are two types of live meetings:
- Monthly Live Community Gatherings: last between 90-120 minutes. Asyrmedo opens the live with a guided opening transmission to anchor into the timeless dimension of Now. Q&A is available throughout most of the event. The Monthly Live Community Gatherings with Asyrmedo are scheduled every last Saturday of each month, at 6 PM EEST.
- Live Weekly Silent Meditation with Q&A typically run 60-90 minutes .
The space is intended for the silence recognition of our shared Being, with guidance from Asyrmedo to return to the Now moment, where our essential Being can be recognized as that peaceful background of all experience.
Q&A is available in the beginning after the guided opening to Presence. The last 30 minutes of the meeting are reserved for a silent meditation with minimal guidance.
All sessions are scheduled on an EEST time zone, every week on Sunday, at 6 PM.
Date and time may occasionally change depending on Asyrmedo's travelling schedule. You will be notified in advance of such circumstances. Daylight Changing Time applies yearly in October and March.

Dear loved one,
There comes a moment on the path when awakening calls for integration and embodiment. That is when the truth of your Being is no longer a fleeting revelation but asks to be lived and expressed into every aspect of daily life for a real change to occur.
Most who awaken experience it as a glimpse, what Buddhism calls Satori. Yet this profound insight into one's true nature often fades, leaving a sense of seeking, disappointment, and lack.
Suffering or unhappiness is a product of spiritual unconsciousness and of lack of inquiry into one's own nature. When you identify with the thinking mind and place all attention on the objective experience of the world without questioning it, then you completely overlook or miss the mark of the inherent peace and joy of what you essentially are deep within.
This overlooking or missing the mark is what Christianity refers to as 'sin'. It refers to the complete identification of pure consciousness with thought, leading to an apparent sense of separation and forgetting of your ever-present divinity; a forgetting which is the root of all suffering.
Without conscious, sincere self-inquiry and embodied truth, the world will appear to continue challenging you in ways that seem unfair or painful. Unhappiness shows you, through contrast, where there is a need to release the remaining residues of conditioning and move beyond the confinements of a fixed identity and linear world.
When you nurture present-moment awareness in every day life, true clarity emerges, restoring pure perception, the source of true discernment in navigating the world.
By living in the present moment, transparently and truthfully, you naturally dissolve the sense of separation and reveal a living Presence within you which is not at all affected by the changing contents of the world and mind.
This Presence is the Peace inherent to you and the ultimate joy in life. It is what you essentially are beyond identification with thought and the objective world.
