How long are the Live Community Gatherings?
There are two types of live meetings:
- Monthly Live Community Gatherings: last between 90-120 minutes. Asyrmedo opens the live with a guided opening transmission to anchor into the timeless dimension of Now. Q&A is available throughout most of the event. The Monthly Live Community Gatherings with Asyrmedo are scheduled every last Saturday of each month, at 4 PM EEST.
- Live Weekly Silent Meditation with Q&A typically run 60-90 minutes .
The space is intended for the silence recognition of our shared Being, with guidance from Asyrmedo to return to the Now moment, where our essential Being can be recognized as that peaceful background of all experience.
Q&A is available in the beginning after the guided opening to Presence. The last 30 minutes of the meeting are reserved for a silent meditation with minimal guidance.
