Cancellation Policy

This Booking Policy applies to all online events offered through Asyrmedo.com, including webinars, satsangs, and virtual gatherings. It should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Registration and Payment Registration for all online events is confirmed only upon full payment. All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR). Your bank or payment processor may apply currency conversion fees, which are your responsibility. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. Asyrmedo does not store full payment details. Recording and Access All online events are recorded. By registering, you consent to your image, voice, and contributions being captured as part of the recording. Recordings will be available to all registered participants for 30 days following the event via streaming access. Master recordings are retained permanently by Asyrmedo and may be offered for sale as digital products. Your registration constitutes irrevocable consent for this use. Technical Requirements You are responsible for meeting all technical requirements listed on the event page (stable internet connection, compatible device, updated software). Asyrmedo provides this information but cannot offer individual technical support. Please follow all access instructions carefully and join within the indicated time frames. Late access may be restricted. Cancellation and Refunds All online event registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend live, you will still receive access to the recording for 30 days after the event. No refunds are offered for non-attendance. Code of Conduct All participants are expected to embody courtesy, respect, and kindness throughout the gathering. The sole purpose of these events is shared spiritual inquiry. Please refrain from advertising personal projects, websites, groups, or other offerings. Asyrmedo reserves the right to restrict or remove access to any participant whose conduct is deemed disruptive or misaligned with the integrity of the space. Force Majeure In the event of circumstances beyond Asyrmedo's reasonable control (including but not limited to technical failures, widespread internet outages, or other force majeure events), Asyrmedo reserves the right to cancel, delay, or modify the event. In such cases, no refunds or compensation will be provided. Participants will receive access to any available recordings.
